New Soybean Rust (SBR) Yield Loss Prediction Tool now available. Funded by the SSRP (August 2010)
The University of Kentucky recently released the New SBR Yield Loss Prediction Tool. This is the only tool available that allows for input of  field-specific information when attempting to make spray decisions for soybean rust.  Click here for more information... or

Research of Soybean Tolerance to Waterlogging and Drought Funded by the SSRP and USB (April 2009)
Dr. J. Grover Shannon of the University of Missouri , Delta Center is carrying out joint research projects that explore tolerance of various soybean varieties when exposed to waterlogging, but also drought. More on the Project..

Southern Farmers Helping Southern Farmers
(Princeton, Ky.) – Two projects focused on Asian Soybean Rust have received funding from the Southern Soybean Research Program (SSRP) and Kentucky Soybean Board to bring farmers valuable tools to fight the yield-robbing disease. The projects are a fungicide study and an Asian soybean rust yield loss prediction tool. Link to PDF

Asian Soybean Rust Yield Loss Prediction Tool
(Princeton, Ky.) - “If soybean rust comes late, what field and economic situations justify a fungicide application?” That is the question researchers from the University of Kentucky are trying to answer through the use of a Yield Loss Prediction Tool. Link to PDF
